From the Kurpark Bad Eilsen via the Südweg through the Ruheforst. Back past the Am Harrl golf course. Partly narrow trail.
Kurpark Bad Eilsen - along the outskirts - back in the direction of Kamm, from there a detour to the Idaturm is possible.
From here it is worth making a detour to the romantic Auewehr (signposted). Back to the ridge via the well-developed Nordweg.
